Lifelong: Amplifying a brand with heart

Lifelong: Health for All has been a cornerstone of the Seattle-area LGBTQIA+ community since the AIDS epidemic. Despite their impactful work, and growing to serve the greater Pacific Northwest, they struggled to gain broad recognition and increase fundraising to meet rising demands and costs.

I spearheaded a comprehensive brand strategy to address these challenges, collaborating with senior leadership, the board, union representatives, volunteer ambassadors, and an external ad agency. Together, we redefined our identity and direction to ensure Lifelong continued to flourish and serve those with chronic health conditions in the region.

In the first year, we saw an increase in web traffic, improved social media engagement, double the email open and click-through rates, and new fundraising revenue streams. Below are some videos, internal values work, and regional earned media from this effort.
