I am Alaska: Two pilots, one chance encounter

This is part of a series I managed and contributed to weekly at Alaska Airlines, celebrating employees living Alaska’s values. The below story quickly became one of the most engaging internal stories of the quarter, and I later received recognition from the U.S. Department of Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency for bringing their work to light, after the pilots featured in the story forwarded the article throughout their networks.
